What we collect
When you join or book a trial we collect your name, email, phone number and payment details. Payments are processed by our billing partner and we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your details to manage your membership, book classes and, if you opt in, send our monthly newsletter. We never sell your data.
Check-ins and cameras
We log gym check-ins to keep the building safe 24/7. CCTV covers entrances and the gym floor, never changing rooms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@heavyset.fit. We reply within 30 days.
